
On one hand, I think that all training is valuable, and the majority of people take action. I’ve had a candidate who invested $5000 of her own money for training. Exercise don’t think anyone always be invest that much, but. You do need to invest much time and energy-read a lot (sales books on motivation and technique), listen, ride along, job shadowing, and work with a folks who may have had that information. Is the training valuable? Yes. That show job? Yes. Does it show commitment? Without. I like all those things.
